What is EcoPhos?
A unique, natural single stage clean and environmentally friendly pre-treatment technology.
What is EcoPhos ZP used for?
Designed for use as a clean and pre-treatment prior to application of organic coatings such as:
- Wet paint of all types
- Powder paints and of all types
- Plastic coatings such as PVC and Poly olefins
What does EcoPhos ZP replace?
Offers a realistic alternative to traditional pre-treatment technologies such as:
- Aluchrome on aluminium
- Zinc phosphate on steel
- Iron phosphate
The EcoPhos ZP trilogy
- Cleans the surface of the metals being treated
- Chemically reacts with the surface to form a surface layer to which subsequent coatings can bond very strongly
- Prevents under paint corrosion if the paint layer is breached in service e.g. by chipping
